This is not your average cleaning company. I offer a wide variety of in-home and assistive services with a personalized experience. You can hire me for a one-time job, re-occurring service or just schedule as needed. Most of my clients continue to hire me back because I'm not some random stranger that a company sent out to your home for the job. When you hire Ashley's Sunshine Services, you get Ashley! I build personal relationships with my clients out of casual conversation, respect, trust and hard work. Earning the trust and respect of my clients is my top priority.

All of my services are customizable to fit your needs, so whether that's organizing with some furniture assembly or you want me to grab your mail and water your plants when I come to clean....just let me know what you need and I'll tell you how I can help!

Got pets? Great, I love animals! I am happy to meet them and I don't mind them hanging out while I work, job permitting (we don't want paws in the paint!).

I charge $50-$100 per hour depending on the service, with a 2 hour minimum for each appointment. I bring most of my own tools and supplies for the job, but there are some items that you will need to supply such as paint, moving boxes or lawnmower. For more information, please contact me with as much detailed information as possible about the task at hand and I will get back to you promptly.

Typically includes wipe down of exterior kitchen surfaces, maintenance cleaning of the bathrooms, some light dusting and vacuum/mop of floors. Usual service level for regularly cleaned and tidy spaces that just need maintenance cleaning.
This option is more thorough and detailed to get into all the nooks and crannies. This includes all the basics along with much more detail to kitchen appliances and cupboards, wiping baseboards, detailed dusting, interior windows/tracks/blinds and scrubbing of soiled surfaces. Usual service level for move-outs and places that haven't been cleaned regularly.
This option includes Basic Cleaning along with some additional services like taking out trash, laundry, making beds, washing dishes and some organizing. For AirBnBs this would also include restocking amenities, cleaning out the fridge, checking for left behind items and doing deeper cleans as needed.
Typically involves organizing shelves/closets/drawers/rooms but may also include breaking down boxes, organizing paperwork or goodie bags for an event, de-cluttering and dropping off donations,
This includes general yard work such as mowing, weeding, planting, trimming/pruning, raking and watering. May also include cleaning gutters, pond care, snow shoveling, hanging holiday decorations and lights.
This includes accent walls or whole rooms, ceilings, trim, window sills. Some exterior painting when weather permits.I provide all the tools and you provide any paint, primer and spackle.
This can include packing, unpacking, moving boxes and furniture, disassembling and reassembling furniture and transportation services.
This includes most boxed furniture items, Ikea furniture, BBQ grills, kids play kitchens, shelving units, most anything that requires assembly, basic mounting and wall attachments.
Can be anything from running errands to assisting with paper/computer work. Any odd job within my capabilities.
