I offer a wide variety of household services from cleaning to handywoman, with a personal touch. When you hire Ashley's Sunshine Services, you get Ashley, not some random stranger that a company sent out to your home for the job. I build genuine relationships with my clients out of casual conversation, respect, reliability, trust, hard work and great results. Earning the trust and respect of my clients is my top priority.

Got pets? Great, I love animals! One of my favorite parts about the work I do is meeting your fur babies! No need to put them away when I come unless that works better for you or the job (we don't want paws in the paint!).

Pricing varies by category - most jobs are priced at an hourly rate (with a 2 hour minimum), but some may be priced at a flat rate. Some jobs may also include additional expenses. Typical Hours of Operation: Mon-Friday 10am-6pm
I specialize in Deep Cleans and Move-Out Cleans. You must book as needed, I do not do reoccurring scheduled services. Deep Cleaning is for your current furnished home and the basics include: detailed cleaning of kitchen (countertops, backsplash, appliance surfaces/exteriors, inside microwave, exterior cabinet/drawer wipe down), detailed cleaning of bathrooms (from lights to floors), floors/baseboards and dusting throughout. Move-Out Cleaning includes the above and more: inside and behind/underneath kitchen appliances (fridge, oven), interior windows/tracks/sills/blinds, light switch/outlet plates, thorough wipe down of any built ins (shelves, exterior of fireplaces) and final trash removal - (cannot exceed 10gal bag).

I specialize in interior room painting. This includes accent walls or whole rooms. I only do corner to corner/wall to wall - this means no spot/touch up painting, whole walls only. Whole room may include: walls, ceilings, trim, window sills and doors.Typically you need 2 coats of paint for good coverage, you may also need a coat or 2 of primer (color changes dark to light, wood doors/trim, wall repaired areas, etc). This service includes spackling walls (small nail/screws holes only) and removing outlet/switch covers. I can also help with moving furniture and other items.
I can also do some exterior painting when weather permits. I only work on single story heights. This could be repainting your front door, shed, fence, touching up your trim or siding...just as long as it's no taller than a single story height.

Paint and Primer is not included in my rate. I have a contractor account at Sherwin-Williams and can supply the paint to you at my discount if you pick out the color/sheen/quality level which I'm happy to assist in some recommendations.

I can assemble any boxed furniture items such as Wayfair, Amazon or Ikea. This can also be other non furniture items such as BBQ grills, kids play kitchens, and most anything that comes in a box with parts and instructions.

This includes general yard work such as mowing (you must supply mower), weeding, planting, trimming/pruning, raking and watering. May also include cleaning gutters, pond care, snow shoveling (I supply deicer) and hanging holiday decorations and lights. I only work on single story heights for gutters and lights.

Most of my laundry clients have already washed and dried their laundry and they just need it folded/hung up and put away (sometimes ironed too). Sometimes they need to me to wash the rest while I work on the what's been done already, or wash/dry and put away while I clean their house. I can also take laundry to the laundry mat.

Things like replacing door handle/locks, mount curtain rods and decorative shelves, hang pictures or artwork, baby proofing, or other minor misc handy work.

This can include packing/unpacking, loading/unloading boxes and furniture, disassembling and reassembling furniture, moving furniture around the house.
